The Dining Supervisor creates an enjoyable dining experience for the residents, staff and visitors. Under the direction of Culinary Managers, participates in direction and management all aspects of Dining Services to ensure effective operations.

Ideal candidate will have full time availability Saturday-Wednesday.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Problem solve operational issues as they occur (i.e., rescheduling work assignments and work schedules, assisting residents, etc.)

Perform wait staff duties as needed.

Assist in direct supervision and training of wait staff, models good employee morale, and provides hands on support as needed.

Perform opening and closing procedures for department.

Operate POS system and assist with billing.

Assist in executing special events and functions.

Accurate and timely completion of assignments and duties.

Adherence to food safety standards and allergen information as regulated by department.

Follows uniform guidelines.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you need:

1-2 years’ experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting, preferably in a senior services environment.

Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and staff.

Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language.

Computer competency required.

Must successfully pass organization required background screening.

Must successfully complete organization health screening requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $18- 24 per hour. Pay is based on Experience and Education.

Frasier offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working at least 32 hours per week. Benefits eligibility is the first day of the month following the first day of employment.
